But to be clear, it's a fight with puzzle elements, not a dialogue puzzle option. I'm not sure how to prepare you for it without spoilers. I was playing as Fane and totally didn't see the deathfog attack coming, and was fortunate that it of course didn't affect me. honestly don't know how the deathfog trigger works. And with the puzzle ending in deathfog, will I get a dialogue warning of some kind so that I can reload? Like with the locked closet in the Toy Masters shop it says 'before it shocks you' or something like that, and I could reload before it instakilled me. Oh thank god I was literally just about to attempt that fight near the Lady Vengeance. If you do decide to complete it, know that the enemy wizard will attempt to teleport you into the deathfog, so simply avoiding it yourself isn't sufficient. There's a deathfog-riddled area near the crashed Lady Vengeance that's totally optional. Off the top of my head, there's a puzzle-based fight shortly before the end of the game where one potential result involves a deathfog cloud engulfing a large portion of the battle. Their backlash will often one shot you, and if not, they've been saving AP and will likely have enough to finish at least one of your characters that turn. Keep in mind that the gheists have a much bigger model and if your ring is too small, they'll clip through. Teleport them one by one into the ring of stools and murder them one by one. ![]() If breaking the first object leaves them blocked, they won't attack it.Īs long as you don't get in range of anything they can do, every NPC will just walk up to the wall and end turn. The others don't attack the barricade as the AI can't figure that they need to break more than one to get out. ![]() She doesn't ussually attack them to break out. Move to the edge and just spam ranged attacks at her down there. To start, you need to find a spot just close enough to the edge to barely grab Dallis with teleport and drop her into the ring of stools. Set up your team on the wall where Magister Yarrow starts off at. Collect every stool/chair you can and make a two-thick ring down near Gawin's location. Then make a smaller pile at the side ladder you skip around them by. Then create a massive barricade at the main gate. Collect literally all the barrels, crates and chests basically everywhere. Took awhile due to my lower damage output.Īero/Hydro mage (each focusing one element primarily using the other for extra spells) What? HOW? Level up to 6, get the high ground, use invisibility, prep the area, lots of things you can do. ![]()
